Diplomas > Diplomas conferred in May
Following Commencement in May, students who did not receive their diploma at the Commencement ceremony may pick it up by appointment. Please contact Barbara Mongillo by e-mail at barbara.mongillo@yale.edu to schedule an appointment. Identification must be shown when picking up a diploma. To receive diplomas, graduates must have paid all debts to the University in full.
Students who do not expect to attend Commencement and would like to have their diploma mailed must go to the SIS Web page and insert a diploma mailing address by April 11. If your address changes after April 11, you should e-mail barbara.mongillo@yale.edu with instructions for mailing the diploma. Please include name, degree, date of degree conferral, and mailing address. May 2011 diplomas will be mailed during the summer months.
Law degrees conferred in June 2011 will be mailed during the summer months.
